Book 3 This class covers Mary Burmeister’s Self-Help Book 3. We will go deeper into the power of fingers and toes, learn the finger poses Jiro Murai used in his mountain cabin that were the beginnings of Jin Shin Jyutsu®, and more. There will be plenty of hands on time to truly experience the art of self-care. No prerequisite.
