This class covers Mary Burmeister’s Self-Help book 2. We find and learn about each of the 26 areas called “Safety Energy Locks” which are the keys to unlocking our true selves, learn more “quickies”, and have plenty of hands on time to experience the art of self-care.  Mary called the safety energy locks “our truest friends”.  No prerequisite.
