This class covers Mary Burmeister’s Self-Help Book 1. This book is meant to be complete in itself. The class will cover the fundamental principles and Physio-Philosophy; learn about “attitudes” and how they are the cause for all disharmonies, as well as the power of holding fingers, basic flow sequences, “quickies”, and more!  There will be ample hands on time. Anyone can take this class
